Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) stack solutions
- Maintain and Troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters.
- Working closely with orchestration/API, client development teams and architecture to design and build new back-end applications
- Deploying software to new platforms and maintaining multiple environments from Development through Production\
- Provisioning environments and performing initial configuration for newly on-board integrations
- Create Dashboards on KPIs\
- Driving improvements to automated deployment solutions and proactive monitoring across environments
- Working to instill a SRE practices throughout throughout the organization
- Build out CI/CD pipelines, enable self-service build tools and reusable deployment jobs, automate elasticsearch artefact creation using GitOps
- Participate in the analysis of and document requirements for development of new or improvement of existing infrastructure automation (“infrastructure as code”) and cloud integration solutions
- Enhancing Build and Test Automation
- Supporting Production Applications, handle incidents and BAU activities for platformsOncall on rotational basis
Key Qualifications
Must Have:
- DevOps engineer with expert knowledge of Elasticsearch platform, experienced in building and managing Elasticsearch clusters (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) –ideally 5+ years hands on experience
- Strong hands-on experience on designing, building and managing scalable, high- performance, distributed enterprise systems.
- Experienced in managing Kubernetes clusters, to meet the desired levels of security, scalability, performance and availability
- Deployment and configuration of Elastic beats and agents
- Management of ingest pipelines and deep understanding of the ingest processors
- Index lifecycle management
- Working experience in DevOps support model / Tooling Development.
- Strong understanding DevOps tools like Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience in automation, working knowledge on configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Helm
- Strong Knowledge on Cloud concepts (Azure) and containerization technologies (AKS)
- Programming Languages: Python, shell scriptingNice to have:
- Working knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD
- Knowledge on OAuth, SAML concepts
- ECK (Elastic Cloud for Kubernetes) experienceNice to have:
